Marina Sanctuary Resort Sdn Bhd (MSR), is a development company, established in May 2000. The main activities of MSR are to undertake reclamation works of all kinds and carrying out development projects.

The portfolio includes Muar - Melaka - Alor Gajah - Simpang Empat interchange bridge, Hospital at Jasin, Teluk Gedung Housing Scheme, Lumut Nursing School in Perak and many more.
